Shipping policy

Made to order: every piece is embroidered just for you after you check out, so there's no warehouse of unsold stock. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days, then your order ships with tracking.

Delivery: we currently ship within Canada. Most orders arrive within 1 to 2 weeks of purchase. During busy periods, like the holidays, please allow up to 3 weeks. You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Rates: shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $75 CAD ship free, automatically, no code needed.

Gifting? If you need something by a certain date, order early, especially in November and December.
