Overview

This website is operated by Wren & Weave, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Wren & Weave. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Made to order

Every Wren & Weave piece is embroidered to order once you check out. Because each item is made for you, production takes 2 to 5 business days before it ships. Please check sizes, colours and details carefully before placing your order.

Products and colours

We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and embroidery placement can vary a little from piece to piece. These small differences are part of made-to-order production and are not defects.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless your currency is displayed otherwise at checkout. We may change prices, products or limited drops at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is listed at the wrong price or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

The Wren & Weave name, the WW mark, our designs, photos and site content belong to Wren & Weave. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.

Using the site

You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, or to interfere with its security or operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wren & Weave is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.
